How to Pick Up Your Order

When placing your order online, select "Pick Up" as your delivery option in the shopping cart.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please do not come to the warehouse yet.
Once your order has been processed (usually within 3–4 hours), you will receive a second email confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
When you receive the pickup confirmation, go to one of the two loading docks facing Densley Street, beside the main entrance.
